Bottomline - Andy (JB Express) was great providing information and keeping lines of communication open.
Note: This industry is full of dishonest brokers that promise the world but fail to deliver…and I experienced it. I really didn't know who to trust. However, Andy (JB Express) was dependable, responsive and honest and was able to quickly find a carrier to transport my new car transport across the country within 7-days, which was a showstopper for me. That said, the driver of the car carrier did not keep the lines of communication open, which required me call Andy more times that I expected to get status of the delivery. The interior of the car was dirty (muddy) when the car arrived dirty…nothing that I couldn't clean up.

Thanks again Andy for helping me to get my new car transported on short notice!
