Although, I liked the people involved, as they were courteous and knowledgable. For the most part, I was able to communicate with the driver, along the carrier route. The most upsetting thing about the entire process, was that I was told a time for pick up and three different times, it did not happen. Very unnerving, as I had a flight to catch.
Finally picked up my vehicle and again, I was told again and again, that my vehicle would be delivered and it was not. Finally, delivered, after much of my time was wasted waiting around the house and even staying up late waiting for the delivery.
The most upsetting part, was the fact that the clothes for my son's wedding were in the vehicle. Stupid of me to do that! Driver told me my vehicle would be delivered on Friday, never happened, then Saturday morning at 7:30am, never happened, then at noon, never happened
, finally got my vehicle at 2:30 pm on Saturday, wedding was scheduled for, 5pm...and two hours away. Backing my vehicle off the carrier was difficult, and I. Did not see the passenger side from my view ,and I was in quite a hurry to get my clothes for the wedding and get going, so I did not see right away,
My side mirror on passenger side was cracked and has the red paint from the carrier on it. I would not even put in a claim because, I know it will be declined although I have photos of my car hours before I released to the Carrier.
Would I use this company again, yes....but with the understanding that I will not rely on pick up or delivery info.
The driver was a very nice man and I am sure he tried his best, but just be upfront about pick up and delivery times. Don't keep me on pins and needles and make a simple operation stressful.
