Overall my experience with Lightning Auto Carriers worked out well. I was working with a very tight timeline and they were able to accommodate my request. It was my first time shipping a car, but in the future I would make sure the contract specifies the pick up and drop off location. The contract said door to door, but I was told this is not always possible (based on the size of the truck).
The staff was very easy to work with and had very fast response times through both email and phone.
