Prior to contracting with Direct Express I had contracted with another company. For three weeks and multiple phone calls nothing was done. I called Direct Express and within four days my auto was delivered to me and at a lower cost! The driver was a professional, called and communicated about pick up and delivery, his follow through was excellent. This entire experience was fabulous! Thank you!
