Overall very dependable and would use again. I noted the car was dirty, but that was more the weather then the carrier. There may have been 1/2 day of sun during the transport, but that's not the fault of the carrier. My only complaint was they left the battery connected, even though that was specific instructions not too. Its my fault the car has a short somewhere, therefore this was a specific instruction, but everything else I asked for was done. Nice company, and they communicated about pickup and drop off times effectively.
