I was contacted by Jim Ford about moving my VW and he was the only company that called me that didn't sound pushy or over convincing. He was calm and polite and laid out a bid and plan for me simply and succinctly. The carrier was early for the pick up and early for the drop off which was just fine for me.
The driver was an owner operator who was very pleasant, polite and kind.
All in all, I would say that working with Jim was a great experience, he is honest, kind and helpful.
I will call him back again, as I will buy more vehicles off the west coast, sometime this year perhaps.
