Overall very good experience with Lightning Auto Carriers. They promptly returned phone calls and answered all my questions. Pickup date was not exactly as planned but not that far off. The only thing they never mentioned was that the car pickup and delivery does not happen at your house. Both times the trucker called and said we had to meet them somewhere else because the truck couldn't come down our street. It's possible Lightning didn't know this since they subcontract the job out but I wish we had known ahead of time. Now that I know I would still use these guys again.
