Service was excellent. The driver (can't remember his name but he was great) was on time and communicated with me well through the phone. Dropping off just took a couple of minutes and he was right on time dropping it off as well. I would definitely use Direct Express again and will recommend it to all of my friends moving vehicles across the country.
