Borderline criminals but surely unethical

My car was to be picked up may5 two days later we contacted ECC and we're told the truck broke down. More than a week later "mike" said he had another driver that would pick it up but now the price is $850 plus the $150 deposit I had already paid. I told mike to forget it we wanted the $150 back. He starting cussing at me even after I had told him I was recording all calls every time I spoke with him. He said he would return the money if I'd remove my review.
This person will not response to emails because he doesn't want anything in writing. He pretends to low level person just dispatching trucks and he says he has to check with his manager then with the billing department. You will receive quotes from "Glenda V" but you will only talk to "mike" with a Hispanic accent. THIS IS A ONE MAN SHOW. I looked ECC up after all this started they are rated F by the BBB. Websites have expired and listed phone are disconnected.

MIKE YOU MAY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I HAVE GOT TIME AND THE INTERNET. I HAVE BEEN GETTING EMAILS FROM PEOPLE SINCE MY FIRST REVIEW SO I KNOW THIS IS COSTING YOU MONEY. IM ASKING EVERYONE WHO READS THIS REVIEW PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL SO I CAN HELP MIKE KEEP TRACK OF LOST BUSINESS A $150 AT A TIME.

first off order number was not provided so this is a fake review.Second I don't tolerate disrespect from my brokers cause that will cost them there job. Third,if u have recordings please provide. good try All American transport on this fake review. This is an unethical way to ruin your competion who does honest business an value there customers. If anyone want proof that All American Transport writes fake reviews to get the deal for them contact us at Ecc Transport INC. I AWAIT EVERYONES CALL TO SHOW HOW SLIMY THIS COMPANY REALLY IS. thank you Ecc.
