The service was courteous, efficient and extremely competitively priced. This company was reasonable in its promises and performance.
Every company that I spoke with (about 10) had grandiose promises regarding pick up and delivery. And promises are easy in an industry fraught with delays. I have found that unless a truck is carrying only one car (which would make it extremely expensive), the customer must not have unreasonable expectations. To keep the price down necessitates piggy back deliveries. Therefore, unless the customer is willing to pay an arm and a leg, he must accept that the driver is juggling more than one delivery. The customer must be willing to allow a reasonable latitude in pickup and delivery times and dates.
This company ranks at the top in honesty and answers any reasonable expectation. It does its utmost to keep the customer informed at all times of the anticipated pick up and delivery times. I completely recommend this company.
