Never showed up, didn't return calls, still no refund

I told Matt at Lightning Auto Carriers my new truck had to be at the dock in Oakland before 4pm Tue 5/20/14 or or it would literally miss the boat to Hawaii. He said no problem and took my credit card information. Matt sent me an email saying the truck would be picked up at the dealership in Washington on 5/16/14 and delivered to the shipping area in Oakland on 5/19/14. I find out from the dealership in Washington that as of Friday the 17th the carrier had never showed up. I contacted the driver who told me had broke down and that he would pick up the truck Sat with plenty of time to get to Oakland on time. On Monday morning I get a call from the dealership saying the driver never showed up. I contacted the driver and he gives me this line of how his transmission went out than his bearings were bad and then his headlights went out and that he would not be able to get the truck there in time and that he was sorry. Had he told me of his breakdowns earlier I would have been able to get another carrier to deliver the truck on time. Now I have to wait another 15 days till the next ship to hawaii. During this time I called Matt and Brad numerous times with out ANY response. Now I have to take up the charges with the credit card company because these guys are refusing to answer my calls. Stay away from these guys. I don't think I've ever dealt with a shadier company as this

THIS IS A COMPLETELY FALSE REVIEW. The driver's truck broke down which was out of our hands and we REFUNDED the deposit.
