This was the 2nd time we used Auto Transport - we moved Florida to California just 11 months after moving California to Florida. Sherry was very pleasant to deal with and she appeared to try her best to help us. The first move went the smoothest; this latest move took a lot longer than expected to get the 2 cars picked up. In their defense, Auto Transport are dealing with truckers who may or may not be interested in your business, and you really need to keep this in mind when you ask for a pickup date. You need to be flexible. With hindsight I wish I had asked for the cars to be picked up sooner in Florida, because its a lot cheaper to get a rental car in Florida than it is in California. Our cars were picked up a week later than requested, which was costly to us. However once we were given a date and put in touch with a transporter, the cars were picked up on time and delivered on time. I would definitely use Auto Transport again (perish the thought I ever have to make a cross country move again!), but my words of advice to anyone doing this is not to leave pick up to the last minute as there may not be transportation available; find someone you can leave your car and keys with in the event you have to leave before the cars, and basically be flexible. Sherry does her best to help!

I really do appreciate your patience and yes at times we must think outside the box to come up with a back up plan just in case we don't have a carrier in time.
