Shayna Rayboy was my contact with "Ship Your Car Now". I had a lot of questions and wasn't certain hust how to proceed. Shayna was very helpful and pleasant and relieved me of all my concerns. The driver, Tony was also especially helpful.

As soon as he realized he was going to be late on the scheduled day of pickup, he gave me a call and explained the delay. He then asked if he could pick it up at a later time the same say. Of course. No problem, but I appreciated his being conscientious enough to call.

He also called me a day ahead of the scheduled date of delivery in Virginia asking if it would be possible to deliver the car a day early. Of course. He showed up within an hour, went over the car with my granddaughter, and checked everything out.

I would certainly not hesitate to use "Ship Your Car Now" in the future, and intend to keep the paperwork so I can recommend this company to any of my friends who may need the same service one day.

Thank you, Shayna and Tony. You have been very pleasant to work with and I sincerely appreciate all your help and patience.
