Second time used this service. Better experience first time. Driver was very good, it just took longer than expected to find them. When Direct reduced its fee from $150 to $100 and put the balance on additional fees for the driver - one was found. Could do a better job clarify what available for pick up means. Car was actually ready on Friday am but we indicated Monday morning because of the weekend. Pick up was 6pm on the following Monday. When following up on timing - the response - "You can cancel at any time was not appreciated".
