I would just like to say I am a person and not a business, something I am not sure transport companies are used to dealing with. This company spent over an hour on the phone with me, giving me options etc. This was possibly the smoothest transaction that has happened with this Estate. I was given options, and Dominic made this happen between a person, who isn't available 24/7, versus a business who is. I dealt with many transport companies along the way, and could not understand or get them to do what needed to be done. Which was: be done my way I guess. He listened, a rare art form now, and made it happen. I grew up from an era of customer service. This art form also seems to be gone now. Everything is price cutting. He was reasonable, but more importantly this company has top notch customer service skills. Absolutely everything he said was right there, he followed up all along the way and seemed to care that the experience was positive. It was a very positive experience. I would pay more for that type of experience, and I didn't have to. An excellent company all around!
