My experience with fidelity was superb. I will not use any auto transport but them. I had a contract with alliance moving services for my cars but they lied to me so I withdrew from them since they couldn't transport my car to california. With only 2 days left before my scheduled flight Jasmine from fidelity called and emailed me. She was so nice and promised that my cars will be picked up 1 day before my flight. She was true to her words and albert and jack were frequently calling me for updates on the whereabouts of my cars. Both pick up and drop off we're on time. My cars had scratches on them when I got them but that's nothing compared to the peace of mind that fidelity has given me in transporting my cars.
