The vehicle was promised for Friday delivery after Monday pickup. I called the driver and he had dropped it off in Orlando "Yard" and was in Miami. He had to pass me home in Jensen Beach on the way to Miami, but did not deliver, but chose to store the vehicle. Then it was promised on Saturday and i got no calls. When it was finally flatbedded on Sunday, it was dirty, tires and undercarrage full of dirt and mud as if it was taken on a muddy grass area and driven until the tires were caked half way up with dirt. The driver is responsible for these issues, not Auto Guard, but, I knew that this would be the circumstance, i would not have used this transporter...a little disappointed.
