Roadrunner customer service is nonexistent. They Pimp you out to the trucker and then they provide no assistance with communication. You leave messages and roadrunner does not call you back. The trucker picked up my car at midnight!!!!! original pickup time was 8pm!! The trucker delivered my car on 4/14 after changing the delivery time 3x, initial delivery time was 12pm, second delivery time was 3 pm, finally rec my car at 7pm.
NEVER USE NATIONWIDE TRANSPORT, THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME!!!!
NNEVER USE ROADRUNNER TO BOOK, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
