My experience was excellent. Friendly from the start. Very efficient. If anything, they were too fast in that I erroneously initially said the car was ready immediately(because the initial estimate was for pickup within 1 week). But they were there to pick it up the next morning, and, due to my inexperience with shipping cars, had not finished the final paperwork. On second try, pickup was on time, transport was fast, delivery on time. Car was in excellent shape. I would definitely use this company again. The price was very competitive. I contacted only 1 other company and Direct was $100 lower.
