I am a first timer, when it comes to shipping an Auto. I literally reviewed auto transporters for about a week. I have gotten quotes and calls from many different companies. Sonia was one of the first to call me. She seemed nice just like every other person that called. So when the actual moment came for me to ship the car I had to make a difficult decision. Should I go with the Highest rating Transporter, or can I find a good transporter in the unrecognized section. I had remembered that Sonia had called from Excellent Auto so I went to review their company on transport reviews, and I noticed that they had an extremely good review, and I saw also that there were NO PAID Reviews. So I decided to go with Excellent Auto with my fingers crossed. To make a long story short. Sonia was on point with everything, the pick up was on time, she kept in contact with me during the whole trip. We encountered some challenges when the Carrier delivered my car outside of office hours (I'm exporting my car) so no one could receive the car. And Sonia showed real great care as if the car was her own. She stayed in contact with the carrier and made sure my car was in a safe place until the next day. I was in contact with Sonia till up to 9 pm, ironing out the issues. The next day, she went beyond a hired broker and became my friend, sympathizing with my situation, she left no rock unturned, trying to get my car to its original destination. She was making calls and handling business for me. I felt so good I had Sonia on my side, she was an angel to me. So, finally my car reached its destination safe. Did I mentioned I live in the Caribbean? Yes I do, so the pressure and trustworthiness I had to have in a Transporter was great. I just want to Thank Sonia and Excellent Auto for a Job Well done. You should be the number 1 transport in a America. I can truly say that what started out as regular business turned out to be a cool friendship, was the cherry on the cake. All I said is the TRUTH..there is actually more superwoman stuff Sonia did, but that will stay with us ;). You can not go wrong with Excellent Auto Transport.
