Haven't even had the car picked up yet but after a nightmare FAIL experience with Trans Auto Transport, which is effectively a sham company, that has about a %50 pick up ratio this year, based on reviews, I switched to Nations Auto. From start to finish, the rep has been upfront, knowledgable and professional. I don't feel like I'm being hassled or railroaded, or sham'ed. Rep has also been prompt. Did I mention upfront/honest? Yes, the fee was $100 more than the nightmare Trans Auto company, but in return, I got warm fuzzy that I'm not dealing with a mob gang banger group of fly by night thugs who are out to collect deposits and deliver no services. I kid you not, search Trans Auto reliability for 2014..
