I contacted Denise after speaking to other brokers that frustrated me and pretty much harassed me into trying to book with them. She was very nice and she was not pushy, her personality and her knowledge exceeded my expectations. After speaking to her I felt at ease and was comfortable in doing business with this company. She gave me a discount on the deposit for being a Military Member . She kept in contact with me by phone & e-mails the entire time & she had my car picked up within 3 days. There was a delay in delivery but that was due to bad weather, understandable! But , I was kept up to date by Denise & the driver Tony on the transit time. I could not ask for better service and would recommend my military buddies ,family & friends to her.
