My wife and I had an emergency back on November 2013, she was in Florida, and she had to return home as soon as she could. She took the first flight and had no choice that living the car parked at the Airport.

From there I was lost in the middle of the ocean , I did not know anything about transportation companies, I did my search on the website, until Mr. Abdiel contacted me and offered me the service, he was very polite, and clear with the information. He answered all my questions with patience , even he'd explained to me that the transportation service included full cover insurance on the car.

The day of the delivery , my wife reported that it was a missing rear glass mirror. The driver made the notation on the BOL, and signed, at that time we were ready to go overseas, and we did not have time for claims. (I've mentioned to my wife that probably we were not able to get any Claim Approved due to the time difference). In order to avoid discussions I've told her that I was going to be responsible for the glass repairs.

Two Months later, we decided to contact Mr. Abdiel, I've explained him the situation and again he was very polite and advised me that it was not late to fill out the claim. We are in the process of replacing the mirror and getting the reimbursement from the insurance company.

Isn't that great?

As a customer I feel 100% satisfied , I will recommend this Transportation Company. It's a Family Company , and you get treated as a one of their Family members with honesty and great service.
