No communication

Booked transport of an SUV on January 2, with a pickup date of January 13. Prior to this Andy had been very helpful via email and phone for several weeks. However, once the order was placed, communication became a problem. Thursday, January 9 I emailed that I was getting anxious as pickup was Monday and we were moving Tuesday. He replied to give him 30 minutes to get with dispatch and he should be getting back to me yet that day or tomorrow. Never heard from him again. I emailed on Sunday - what is happening, if there's a problem just call me.....never heard. Went through another company who had the car picked up within 36 hours. I cancelled JB Express. THEN I get an "I'm sorry we couldn't help you" email. All I ask of people is to be up front and tell me if there is a problem. Don't ignore.
