Would give 5 star but lower due to vehicle not picked up as promised

I would like to give this company 5 star rating for the service but i am giving it a 3 star because the vehicle was not picked up on the date/time i was promised. Car was supposed to be picked up on 12/10 at noon but when i called the driver/trucking company i was told the car cannot be picked up before 12/12 And i had to leave town on 12/11 early am. the trucking company told me i could drive around 40 miles to their garage or leave it in a trucking stop where they get gas before they leave. I had to leave it at a friends place and one of the drivers came and drove the car (for around 40 miles) to their trucking stop. the good thing was that the owner of the trucking company assured me that he would fire the driver if i reported that my car had more than 40 miles on it.

Once the car was picked up it was delivered way earlier than promised, i was promised a delivery of 12/19 but i got the car on 12/16 itself. and no scratches, no hassles. Driver kept me updated the day he arrived in california and the time he would be at my place to deliver. Excellent service except for the issue about not being picked up as promised.
