Buyer Beware, I read the reviews, thought I could trust this business, and yes fell for the God Bless on the emails. Needed my car moved from TN to FL. Needed on or about a certain date. Received many quotes but picked Webster due to cost and early response time. Seemed legit Was told that my delivery date would not be a problem. I had not used a carrier service before so I asked alot of question and was a little paranoid and I explained that. I have a complete email chain as well. Was told no problem so I booked my airline ticket to arrive on the date we planned. Was told I needed to pay a deposit up front which I did (which I should not have). Date of release came, no carrier but was told still no problem, that it takes time for a carrier to pick up. Was getting closer to Thanksgiving, called back, said don't worry about it, but if I wanted to pay more then it would probably get picked up? Pay more? Pay more that what we decided on? Thanksgiving came, and then the excuses of Thanksgiving was a surprise and issue to my order.....again, i was told I can pay more to get the car picked up....so I agreed reluctantly to pay more $50 in fear that I would not have the car when I arrived.....still nothing...long story - but I continued to call, continued to receive the "oh Well" attitude. Continued to be told pay more, pay more and someone will pick the car up. If I had not paid the deposit i would certainly had used another company. I agreed to pay more $50 and Websters moved it up $100 which did finally get a carrier to pick it up, a week later than I thought it would be picked up...so I booked a flight in an accordance to arrive to the destination and the carrier had yet to even pick my car up. Had to leave it with a friend, had to rent a car for a week which was $300 more + had to use a taxi to get back from the airport to get the vehicle. All and all I am out $430 more than what I was quoted and contracted for. All in a week of starting a new job in a new state. I realize that the company will make the claim you have 10 days to pick up the vehicle, and yadda yadda yadda, but the bottom line is they say one thing, and do another, and it will cost you more money. Pleas beware, and consider yourself warned. If you do pick these guys, don't build a budget around the quote as it is low to begin with to get you locked, then in increases in order to get the car picked up. Your at their mercy unless you want to lose your deposit.

Customer was told about a window of pickup of 1-10 business days and opted to set up at a lower price to get done. He was told by me, Wayne, that if he wanted the car delivered in a smaller window it would cost more. His vehicle was picked up on the 5th business day.
