I've heard of awful things about auto companies and was concern myself in shipping my vehicle. I received numerous calls from a handful of companies and all of them were pressuring me in booking with them and they wanted my credit card information, but fidelity was one company that understood my fear took the time to explain the process and answer my question. They follow up with me on the day and time requested. I was notified that I had a driver 24 hours later after booking and the dispatcher and driver were just pleasant people. I will definitely recommend fidelity to anyone that is looking to transport. Thank Odalys for your time with me :-)
