Everything progressed as promised. The driver was courteous and friendly. One thing that I think is important to mention is this issue of varying prices between brokers. I found this utterly confusing and, this being my first experience with auto transport, very unsure of myself. I got a quote from another broker, All Day Auto Transport, who insisted there's no way another reputable broker could be $100 less. Not only were they $100 less, but All Coast did their job, I'm sure, just as well as any other reputable broker.
I should note that my initial quote was $700, but I changed the pickup location at the last minute by 170 miles so they had to raise the price to $750. Still, less than All Day's $795 quote.
