I shipped a car from California to Missouri. I was going to fly out to meet the driver but we had a snow storm that closed the airport. I called 2 days in advance and was charged an extra $150 for rescheduling, even though I gave them 2 days notice. They even told me that the transporter's office was a few hours away. When they finally picked up the car, the transport broke down for over a week. I was not given a credit for them being late 11 days.

THEY ARE JUST A BROKER. ONCE I LOOKED ONLINE, I HAD OVER 50 EMAILS AND CALLS.THEY FIND THE CHEAPEST TRUCK TO DO THE JOB. THEY LIEDTO ME AND SAID THAT THEY OWNED THEIR OWN TRUCK AND I WOULD HAVE MY CAR MOVED BY THEIR TRUCK.

I WOUD RECOMMEND SOMEONE WHO OWNS THEIR OWN TRUCK.
