After doing tons of research and reading bad reviews of all the car transport companies I was nervous. I was shipping my car out to my brother at Twenty Nine Palms, California. I wasn't sure they'd be able to take it onto the Marine Corp base but all was well. My brother said I have to bite the bullet, choose a company and cross my fingers so I did. I chose the company with the highest ratings and better reviews.

William was the primary rep who took care of me and was extremely helpful and patient. Due to my work schedule, getting in touch with me wasn't easy. He found me a driver right away and explained to me all I needed to know. He quoted me for $1,255 which was fantastic, considering we were shipping from Mass to Cali. There was a deposit of $155 after locating a driver and the rest was paid in full when he dropped off the car to my brother.

The driver came to my house when he said he would and couldn't have been nicer. Of course I tipped him a lot of coffee money so he could stay away for his long drive. He didn't want to take it but I insisted. He inspected the car from one end to the other very thoroughly. William told me it could take up to ten days depending on how many stops there will be in between but the driver told me five days! My brother received the car in the afternoon five days after it was picked up. We were thrilled. My brother was able to inspect the car to make sure it was not damaged in the day light. I would have been upset if it was delivered at night, would be kind of hard to inspect anything in the dark.

The only complaint I have would be the consistant phone calls I received after shopping for a good quote. Not only from SHIP YOUR CAR NOW but all the other ones I got quotes from. I felt it was too pushy and was frustrated.

I would def use this company again if I had to ship another car.
