we were shipping our son's car from Washington State to Georgia after he had returned from Iraq. We had not been sure of his exact schedule for returning to his station so didn't know exactly when we would be shipping the car, but had started checking out companies. All the quotes we recieved were within a few dollars of each other and we decided on Cascade Shipping after looking at reviews. When we found out an exact date for his return to Georgia, we contacted Jaquie at Cascade Shipping to transport the car as soon as possible. It was availble immediately. She had a driver for us by the next day a Tuesday and said the driver would pick the car up on Friday. By Thursday, I didn't know an exact time for pick-up but still had too much gas in the car so drove around for almost three hours just burning up gas. Friday arrived and no word from the driver. I contacted Jaquie and she contacted the driver who then contacted me and said he would prefer to pick the car up on Tuesday evening but will still have the car there by the promised delivery time. That was fine, so on Tuesday morning I still didn't have a time for the driver's pick-up. I contacted Jaquie again and she had the drive again contact me. Now he wanted to pick it up on Wednesday morning instead. Jaquie said he didn't follow thru this time, she would find me a new transporter/driver. Wednesday arrived the car was picked up about an hour after the driver at promised but without incident. He still said the car would me delivered by the following Monday at the latest which was the first promised date of delivery. He said he was tag teaming with another driver and would be putting in a lot of miles every day. Well to our amazement my son's car was delivered to him on Sunday morning about 7:30, a day early without incident and in good condition. Jacquie gave us excellent service and follow through and if we had it all to do again we would definitely use Cascade Auto shipping again.
