I HAVE BEEN IN THE ARMY FOR 12 YEARS AND HAVE PCS'D QUITE A FEW TIMES NOW AND HAVE DEALT WITH SEVERAL OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE AS A SOLDIER TO ANOTHER. I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH ON LINE AND TRIED DOING PRICE COMPARISONS WHICH I STILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND. HOWEVER, NOT ONLY WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT, THE WOMAN WHO I BELIEVE WAS THE OWNER WAS PRIOR MILITARY AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO DEAL WITH MATSON TO GET ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS KNOWING THAT A SOLDIER JUST DOES NOT MAKE THAT MUCH ANYWAYS.. I HAD FOUND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WAS $20.00 DOLLARS CHEAPER BUT WITH THE ADDITIONAL INFO THAT SHE HAD GIVEN ME AND JUST THE OPENNESS OF OUR CONVERSATION NOT ONLY WAS I COMFORTABLE BUT SHE SAVED ME $134.00.. I SHIPPED MY VEHICLE FROM HAWAII TO FT. EUSTIS, VA. AND I WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND EMAIL ALL THE WAY KEEPING ME UPDATED ON WHERE MY VEHICLE WAS AND THE PROJECTED TIME IT WOULD ARRIVE. BY THE WAY IT ARRIVED 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE BEFORE MY OTHER VEHICLE SHIPPED WITH THE MILITARY 1 MONTH PRIOR. I SUGGEST TO ALL SOLDIERS TO CONTINUE SHOPPING AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICES AND SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMMUNITY AS I HAVE. BUT THUS FAR THIS COMPANY HAS PRETTY MUCH CATERED TO ME AND GAVE ME A MILITARY DISCOUNT... FYI BE SURE TO ASK FOR THAT. HOPE THAT THIS HELPS YOU.
