After talking to JP Pier, I was assured, repeatedly and enthusiastically by JP that my car w... We finally were able to confirm a driver and after it was dispatched, the driver broke down with truck problems. We were in process of confirming another driver, but the customer cancelled his order with us. We were even doing the order for the customer for free with NO deposit on our end for hte delay in confirming a driver for him. Unfortunetly, sometimes drivers cant get a full load in certain areas/ locations if not enough customers moving their cars and we have to depend on these drivers to complete their loads to fullfill the customers move. We are the broker and these drivers get orders from all brokers in the USA to fill their loads. We understand the customers frustration but we did all we could to move his car for him in a timely manner and even worked on the order for free for him since we added our deposit portion to confirm a driver faster for him.
