Response:	This was a human error, there wasn't anyway to predict that the driver would leave the window partially opened. You where there when the driver loaded the car on the trailer. Since you didn't see it or say anything to prevent it, there would be nothing we can do to prevent something like this. We as a company are responsible to help you in anyway possible.
