I really felt comfortable with the constant contact from customer service and the driver. Cesar the driver was personable, clear to understand, and answered the phone every time I called. Excellent communication! He made it easy on me to pick up the car and even helped me get my son and the car seat back into our car. Above and beyond the expected service. I highly recommend ship a car direct. Especially Cesar!
