First time I've ever shipped a car and Ship-A-Car-Direct and Stefan did a great job of walking me through the steps, and letting me know about what to expect. Despite the complicated circumstances of having to drop the car off on a Sunday from out-of-state, and picking it up after the driver dropped it off, it was quite a smooth experience. There was only a small glitch on the pickup end where the assigned carrier did not know I was coming to pick up the car, but I was able to contact the carrier and coordinate a convenient pickup time. Courteous staff overall from both Ship A Car Direct and from the carrier.
