I placed an order for shipping a car about two weeks in advance and after telling the sales rep the make and model of the car and the shipping information I was quoted a price of $300.00, I assumed that this price was set upon signing the contract.
The morning that the car was to be picked up, Ron from Ship A Car Inc. called to inform me that the driver told them that he would have to bring a particular type of truck to pick it up the car and needed an additional $50.00 for this.
Upon speaking to the driver when he arrived to pick up the car he let us know that he was bringing this particular truck all along.
