Auto transport is not for sissies, particularly on an open carrier truck. All kinds of stuff can happen. Dave Fountain at Alpine shepherded our car from Pennsylvania to Arizona via the Alena Enterprise Inc carrier - it was picked up promptly and delivered in excellent condition. And this was after the first carrier truck was damaged by a forklift and the second one bailed out on the contract. Dave took care of everything, including finding Alena at the last minute. He answered all my newbie questions and responded quickly as well. The driver was competent and efficient, and I would use both of those companies again.

Hi Gail. I sure appreciate the 5 Star Rating and the nice compliments, I really enjoyed working with you as well. I'm so happy to have shipped your daughter's Pontiac G6 out to AZ for you. You are correct for us behind the scenes the logistics business can sometimes be very challenging when trucks have mechanical issues, customer delays, weather delays or traffic delays that can slow the process down. When these things arise communication is always absolutely key in keeping everybody on the same page and the process moving forward as I did here for you.
