National Transport is a broker, like many in the industry. Their job is to connect customers with trucking companies. I am a bit disappointed the company called several days *after* the pick up ready date to let me know there was a problem with the order and need to raise the original price by $100 for truckers to jump on the offer.

The trucking company itself was fine. The driver was friendly and communicated fairly well. National Transport provided good service too overall, but I am still disappointed I was charged more than originally quoted.
