Long and short- Bert promised me my car would be picked up by a certain day. I told him it had to be gone by that day. He said it wouldn't be a problem. I signed the contract with that day as my first available pick up date (which was a mistake). When they didn't pick it up that day I called and I was told I should adjust my schedule for their mistake. They said they would work on a solution and call me back. No one ever called me back. I called the next day and Ray told me it was my fault. When I told him my conversations with Bert he said 'our word means nothing. its the contract that matters. you signed the contract. that's your fault.' They couldn't have cared less and couldn't have been less helpful. If I had any other options I would have found another company. I will never use them again. I would never recommend anyone use them. I will do my best to let ever military family I know that is moving to not use their company.

UPDATE: Kay, the one of the managers from the company made it a priority to figure out what happened during car transport and do what he could to fix the situation. While there was not much he could do after the fact, he did provide a partial refund of the service and he told me that Ray had been terminated from the company. That is about all I could ask for at the time and wish he or another manager from the company would have called me or intervened during my issues. However, it appears that none of my messages asking for a manager to call me back were received.
