Mark signed up with us over the weekend. I had a great conversation with him about where he lived in New Jersey as i just recently moved out from there. We spoke awhile about the mall closest to him and our wives. I took the time to explain that listing with multiple brokers was not a good idea and he assured me that he would not list with anyone else. I have a family run business , and my daughter answers the phones here. I remember him being very rude and swearing when he called in to my 18 year old daughter. I did not raise my girl to use profanity , nor did she ! His listing was removed when he asked despite his inappropriate behavior.
