Overall my experience was quite good with AutoTransport 123. Jimmy (my contact) was remarkably accessible, even on weekends and over the Memorial Day holiday. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, detailed and was able to answer all questions I had. Once picked up, the car was delivered quickly and on-time. The driver contacted me when he was on the road and communication with him was as easy as a simple text. I shipped My T-Bird via open carrier yet it arrived without a bug or a speck of dirt. The only negative is that it took a week to find a driver able/willing to pick up the car, but I think part of the reason was that the car was in a lower density area of Indiana and a little off the beaten path, and it was close to Memorial Day . Truly, I had a very good experience with AutoTransport 123.
