We attempted to use a different company before using this company, which was a mistake, as they never delivered after three months of waiting. In addition, the previous company was rude and almost non-responsive, with no updates on why the move was delayed or without any assistance on how to speed up the process. Ship A Car Direct treated us much better. Our broker, Gaby, was very friendly and helpful! She took time to explain the process. We did have a delay in the pick-up process, but I do not hold fault with Ship A Car Direct, or with Gaby. We were moving a vehicle across a large portion of the country, so we expected delays in finding a driver to pick-up and drop-off at our locations. Gaby did everything she could each day to find a driver, keeping me informed along the way. We ended up offering $200 more than our first offer, since gas prices rose and in order to get a driver more quickly. After the driver picked up the Jeep, we had our vehicle a couple days earlier than expected. The Jeep was in the same condition as when it left the pick-up location. Overall, moving a vehicle across the country is not a very fun ordeal. However, Gaby at Ship A Car Direct made it much easier to deal with. I appreciate her patience, honesty, quick responses, and enthusiasm in dealing with all of our questions. Thanks, Gaby!
