I never write reviews, but Aubrey Jones deserves a review. I am very satisfied with her customer service. Aubrey is honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns prompetly, by email or text, even during the weekend. I hope Navy Auto Transport is paying her well. She is truly a great asset to the company. She is the kind of person that will well in any industry. Her customer service skills are outstanding.
