We had (5) Fisker Karma's shipped with Best Auto Movers. We chose this Carrier because they had been in business for a while and seemed to have a good track record. The service we received however was horrible. In short, the vehicles arrived (3) days passed the contracted date and worse yet, they damaged (2) of the cars and are now refusing to work with us in getting the damage claim handled properly and taken care of promptly. Upon receiving the vehicles the damage was noted by both our receiver and the driver for Best Auto Movers, noted on the Bill of Lading, and pictures were taken. We were assured that the damage claim would be taken care of without having to contact and deal with their insurance. This was a complete lie. We had estimates prepared for the damages and sent to Best within (2) days of delivery. We heard back from them about a week later stating that they needed more time to investigate the claim?? Complete BS. Its been over a month now and we have heard nothing. We are now forced to file a claim with their insurance and take them to Court for breach of contract. Its astonishing that a company like this is still in business, but if I have my way they wont be for long. This is just the beginning of a barrage of negative feedback we will be issuing anywhere and everywhere for their company. If you are thinking of using this Best Auto Movers, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. I sure wish we would have.

As stated on the contract, we were supposed to deliver the cars by 01/12/15 and they were delivered exactly on that date. Our truck actually arrived to the delivery location on Friday, Jan 9th, but since the delivery location closed at 4pm and would not accept the cars after hours or on Saturday/Sunday, our driver had to wait till Monday to unload the cars. Also, considering the fact that it was snow storm time and many trucks would not make deliveries on time, our truck arrived without any delays. Here is a link to see a copy of the contract: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s274/sh/7eb091cb-e7bf-4136-a48a-ce18fa0bb8e5/030ddb27f316007e91f7d9fa25858523 When the cars were being picked up, all 5 of them had scratched rims which were marked off on all 5 Bill of Ladings. Keep in mind that those Fiskers were being picked up from a test field which means that they were not handled with care during the test drives and already had curb scratches. Below are the links to the copies of Bill of Ladings as a proof that all of the scratches on the rims existed before we loaded the cars for transport. When asked to point out where the scratches were made and how, he could not say anything or point out anything. Then he started refusing to pay the transport fee, which made us believe that he was just trying to avoid the payment by claiming that we caused the damage, or just wanted to get a discount out of the total price considering that he claimed that the damage cost was worth $1,000. So the customer did submit the claim, and after the investigation, insurance denied the claim and noted it as fraud. Also the transport was actually enclosed not open.
