As stated by Travis, he was quoted a guaranteed rate before placing his order and that was the final price he paid, not a penny more. This is the case for all of our customers. Travis received PERFECT service for a guaranteed price, I'm not sure what else you can ask for. As stated on the contract he signed, like all our customers sign, the reservation fee does sometimes vary, this can happen for a multitude of reasons, none of which are of any concern to the customer, as part of our service we handle these situations for the customer so they have no issues to deal with on pickup or delivery. When the total guaranteed price has never changed I struggle to understand how the breakdown of the payment is of any concern to anyone other than us and the driver.
