Wendy was very patient with us and explained every little detail of the process. She made a stressful situation (trying to decide who to trust with our new vehicle) a very easy, smooth transaction. She contacted us several times throughout the process to let us know where the vehicle was, and how everything was going. She even made sure we had the contact information for the driver of the transport vehicle, in case we had any questions for him. She was very helpful, and we would be happy to recommend her and the company to others.
