Matt helped guide me through the tricky process of trying to find and hire a reliable transport company for our car. It is not an exact science for pick-up and delivery of your vehicle, so ask lots of questions. Our car came a day earlier than expected, which was helpful on the receiving end for our transaction. It worked out in our favor, but that may not be the case for everyone, so communication is key. I was nervous in the beginning, because not a lot of activity was happening during the holiday time, and it took 8 days for a pick-up after the first available pick-up date to get a carrier at a reasonable pick-up time. The driver was professional and prompt, and the transition went smoothly. My mother-in-law also happened to speak Spanish, so she could confirm communication with the actual driver on the pick-up side. I also did my homework to look up ratings on the Better Business Bureau and Department of Transportation Websites for feedback on all possible carriers. I used multiple Yelps and other rating sites to make the best decision possible for a smooth and reliable transaction.
