Horrible Customer Experience-Do Not Use

My car delivery took 21 days, and was delivered 12 days past the estimated date. I can appreciate being a few days late from an estimated date...but 12 days, and no offer for compensation to cover the additional $500 of rental car expense I incurred while waiting for my car to be delivered makes for a horrible customer experience. This is just the tip of the iceberg:
1. My service rep would repeatedly not return my calls when I was calling to find out where the car was/an updated delivery date.
2. At one point during transit, my service rep actually did *not even know* where the car was.
3. There were errors on delivery as well once the car even made it to the delivery vendor-DAS claimed the car was delivered to me, even though it was still sitting on the delivery vendor's lot. Net/net, they lost visibility of the car twice in 21 days.

What disappoints me the most was that DAS actually came highly recommended by two different moving companies. I had expectations of a decent customer experience, and this failed at every possible point.
