The old Bait and Switch I feel were used in this transaction. Dealership recommended this company and I got a quote. I bought the van based on that quote. They low balled the price so I would buy the van. Van never shipped and they wanted as much as $300.00 more. Very disappointed. Now I have no money and no van.

This is simply not true. We do not bait and switch people. This is not an everyday travelled route by carriers. We quoted this customer right in line with all the other offers on that route. Which is what we do on every move around here to get trucks booked. After some time, no truck booked and this customer became impatient. So, our salesman, the seller and the buyer all kicked in some money to raise the offer to overpay on the route to get someone to book fast. Then after no success, the customer lowered the price on the move $50 below where our original quote was. Which then makes it very hard to book trucks. No customers should hinge car deals on the estimated quote to ship a car. we are in no way, shape or form affiliated with any dealers to help them move their inventory by what you refer to as baiting and switching people. We charge no deposit on transport for a reasons just like this. If we don't get your car loaded, we don't get paid. so does us no good to low-ball quotes to get orders. we price them according to what the other vehicles are offering on the route. some routes are just harder to find trucks immediately for customers.
